We start our route at one of the city’s symbols, the Wawel Royal Castle, which, from the perspective of the Vistula River, impresses with its Renaissance charm. Passing under the Dębnicki Bridge, we head towards the Zwierzyniec district, which includes the 20th-century Salwator villa estate. It is there that you can see the church and monastery complex of the Norbertine sisters, which is not only a sacred building, but also one of the most architecturally beautiful buildings in Kraków.
As we sail further, we can also admire the Castle in Przegorzały – a building built during World War II, which is a sad reminder of the presence of the Third Reich in Kraków. Then we enter the Bielańsko-Tyniecki Landscape Park, where we can be completely amazed by the contact with nature in the city center.
The gentle sound of the waves of the Vistula and the singing of birds accompany us on our journey through Zakrzówek and Dębniki. Finally, we reach our destination. Kazimierz delights not only with the multitude of places, cultures and cuisines of the world, but also with its rich history and architecture worth exploring.
